I have had problems getting KM to allow access to a surveyor for valuation purposes. Phill gave me the email for Ursula Horck (uchristine at keymare.com) and it was sorted in a couple of days.

We completed at the end of June and had a snagging list as long as your arm. It does'nt matter how many emails you sent to Ursula in customer service, she will either not answer or when she does she will say she cannot give any information on when snags will be done. Unfortunately we had to complete using POA and had no choice. I wonder what would have happened if we had refused to complete  until all snags had been fixed. Has anyone actually done this?? Keymare's mission statement seems to be "Creating health and well being", as far as I am concerned it should be "Creating shabby appartments and Hassle"
