Have a look at Vera in Almeria: attractive location

Following the AGM in July when the developers stated that we should have the license by the end of October our contact in the town hall has assured us that this is still the case, when the license is in place if anyone is interested in placing tenancies here we would be interested to hear from you. People love the urbanisation and it is an extremely good investment, we are on site and have been for one year, we have placed 26 tenants and have a waiting list for more furnished and unfurnished.  We do not think this is a bad investment as the potential to have at least some of your mortgage paid is better than having an empty property. If you need references contact the developers office as not one of our clients has complained about our service.

I have lived in Elviria for 5 years and this is the one of the nicest, most well kept and quiet urbanisations, it is good for adults and children alike.

Not only someone that has a vested interest in property in Elviria but to put a positive stance on it is really asking for the bogey men to come and get you.(let me explain)

To read the postings on properties in this valley you would think it was The Gazza strip.(hell on earth).(WHY)?

It appears that almost all of the negative postings involving corruption point back to Elviria possibly one of the best ares in the Costa del Sol (WHY)?

Also it appears that those posting negative opinions on property in this area , neither live there or even own property in Spain?

The lady that walks her dogs in the valley and posts what a dreadful place this is at every at every opportunity,is she seeing something I am not ?

WHY is it that we property owners cant post positive news without being slated .(WHY)?

Why are we accused of being an estate agent/why are we accused of being a member of the developer when we want both the bad and of course the good news.

Just a chuffed owner with an apartment here who is accused also of looking at this with rose tinted glasses or (0strich Head) for obvious reasons as I chose to complete on my apartment without an L.F.O just like 50,000 others

Sorry we do not understand your views as they seem to conflict with the post you made on the 24th September to Papagigi as copied underneath.

With respect ,no one forced you to buy and the developments in this valley are excellent and unlike other areas will stand the test of time.

Did you buy it for yourself or did you buy to resell at a profit ?If you bought it for yourself then whats the problem? If you bought it to make a short term gain then thats tough I am afraid.

You have what was contracted to buy and unfortunately the L.F.O issue has raised its head involving thousands of properties.and will get sorted in time.

I suggest you save your money going after the developer when its the system at fault and no point in slagging off just one development.

Suggest you listen to this and patrics post and wish you well in your eventual outcome

Are you having a go at  us ?? or whom ?? the ubanisation is not illigally built it just had its licence pulled as did evry other building in the Marbella area until things could be sorted out - you know this as you have written it above. I ca also assure you that the owners here receive more than 5 bob a week for their rental our unfurni9shed start at €800 for 2 beds and we have already placed 24 log term rentals and will complete another seven by the 1st November. We have done 2 today alone - it must be those white men with sticks that are attracting everyone.

You not seem to have many constructive things to say, by the way we take our dog for a walk too and have never seen anyone with a white stick.

This is one of the most beautiful urbanisations in Elviria thank god and once the licenses are in place which should hopefully be in the next few months we will see even more people complete and move here.

Goes to show how at times these postings can be misunderstood.

Rather than try to explain I have reposted it as its clear my intentions were mis-read and hopefully this is a little more constructive.

I would very much like you to rent out my apartment for me now that my existing agreement is now ended with another agent,hopefully for more than 5 bob a week.
