Hi All, I recieved notification of signing on the 10th of oct in Elche along with a list of Taxes which have to be paid, i am buying an Eagle price when I purchased 4yrs ago was 127,000euros plus purchase tax. The extra taxes etc payable are Notary fees 600euros, Land registry 600euros, Urban Land Increase Tax 800euros and Judicial Documentation Act Tax which is 1% of the purchase price this last tax can be reduced to .1% if you have residency but you cannot sell for three years, you have to be living over here and this must be tour only house over here. I have the residency so it has come down from 1270euros to 127euros quite a saving for a layout of 6euros 70cents each and about 50 euros for the assistance of Lola Fernandez whom I have mentioned in previous postings on Eye on Spain. Hope this helps somebody.
