Anybody had any details about the open weekend at the end of November?

And who is planning on going?

We were thinking of going over, have said yes and asked for the hotel details, no reply yet though.

Fancied playing the golf course at least once!

We returned from Peraleja on Friday 5th Oct. and were delighted with progess.

Details for the weekend were still in the planning stages when we left but talk was of a round of golf on the Saturday with a get-together that evening. I think they will have more information on accomodation arrangements and an itinerary when they know how many owners are attending. We've booked flights to arrive on Friday 23rd and return Sunday 25th and are looking forward to meeting everyone.

We're going out the end of next week for a look around the Murcia area and to start to get some idea of furnishings and returning again for the open weekend. Having made a few flying visits recently I really do think most people will be impressed with what they see. Most of the building work is nearing completion leaving internal fits and ground-works to be completed. Some are further along than others but on the whole I'd say they're not far off schedule

Thats really good to hear, we haven't been out since March and the photos haven't been replaced since June!  Did you take any photos that you could post on this site?

Hello All, I have just discovered this website and message board.  Myself and my wife Heather will be attending in November, and very much look forward to meeting fellow buyers and investors.

Like many it seems, I am having trouble to get any quick response recently from Peraleja on many questions, so will be good to pin them down next month!

Does anyone have any updated photos, or is there an area on this board somewhere that they can be centrally posted and accessed?  I am happy to give an email address if anyone has any photos that can be emailed.

There are some new photos on Peraleja website.   Have you got your user name and password?

My husband and I are also going out for the opening weekend and it seems like lots of other people will be so that is going to be a nice get together.

We are also having proplems getting firm dates etc from Peraleja, maybe we will get more answers when we are there.  We have waited now 18 months so I suppose a few more weeks doesn't matter!

Thanks for that - yes, just logged in.  We have a tree in our 'garden'!  Good stuff.

Course does not look so nice when cloudy though...!  That was not in the sales material - thought we were guaranteed sun all year!

I assume that you all got the letter below. I hope they do not change the weekend as we have already booked our flights for the Friday (23rd) and Sunday.

We looked at the invitation and inferred that the hotel may be at their expense?

Not banking on it but wouldn't that be a nice gesture!

Following our announcement of the opening of the golf course, we would like to confirm you that the opening will take place on Saturday, the 24th of November.

 

The day programme will include a golf tournament, presentation of the services in the Resort and a visit to the premises of the Club House and Piano Bar. An evening reception will be also held at the Club House restaurant.

 

Peraleja Golf is pleased to invite you to this event, together with your partner and two more people that you decide, including the accommodation for two nights (Friday and Saturday) in a hotel.

 

We will keep you informed of more details but at present we will need your earliest confirmation so we can proceed in the organisation of the activities.

 

Please confirm whether you will be able to attend and if you will be participating in the golf tournament, stating the number of people to be attending and the number of them joining the golf tournament.

Yes we did get the letter and we have also booked a flight.  It does read that they are paying for the hotel so lets hope so!
