My wife and I signed in 2003 (about June).  We are having a problem getting any reply from our solicitor after sending several emails. We were referred to this solicitor by the agent Interealty and have since realised that it was a mistake using a solicitor recommended by them; we should have sought advice elsewear. The only response we have had to our e-mails is an automated response acknowledging receipt and nothing else. Does anyone on our forum have the same solicitors (Manzanares) of marbella ? We feel uneasy about this in veiw of recent reports in newspapers regarding the fraud  that has been discovered in Spain and think that this might be something to do with our present problem. Anyone got any ideas?

We also signed April 2003, through Interealty, and Manzanares are our solicitors.  They are ssometimes slow to respond to emails but as far as we are aware they are not involved in the Malaya scandal.
