Hi,
Even more information (just like buses.....). Just spoke to Jumilla site office today and they are expecting to licences to be signed on 28th Sept with work starting in October! The remaining Azucuna Phase 1 and 2 properties are currently €129,000 with phase 3 Azucena properties priced at €132,000. The price I am selling for is €125,000 and will not change when San Jose increase prices. Regards, Steve H

I have for sale an Azucena for sale which is a 2 or 3 bedroom townhouse set out over 3 floors. The price is slightly more expensive than the apartments but I believe is a better property either to live or rent. I have lots of photos and can send floor plans/site plans to show exact details. If you send me an email to slh@hollcommltd.co.uk I will forward on no problem.
The property is expected to be completed between March and June 2007 and I will be in Spain in 2 weeks so will confirm exact details and confirm the licence approval.

Why are you selling for less than paid for as 129.000 was I believe the starting price of these units over 1 year ago when we reserved?.Also any idea why the developer has not increased price's for such a long time as the azucena model is there best seller?

The developer increased the price last month if you paid more than 126 your agent has put the money on top San Jose put the price up 3000 E approx every 6 months I bought in Feb for 123

San Jose price the Azucena depending on which phase it is in. I believe at present Phase 1 and 2 azucena's are 129,000 but Phase 3 azucena's are 132,000.
As Kevin mentioned then the price has increased to 132,000 but there a still a few Phase 1 and 2 properties available at a lower price. When Phase 4 is ready to release or the build is underway and demand increases then San Jose will more than likely increase the price.
I am selling as I have two azucena's, one at Jumilla and one at Albatera. The Albatera resort has not yet received planning consent (bought in June 2002) and I have now bought a property in the UK so the Jumilla azucena is the more marketable property hence why I am selling. The Jumilla site is a fantastic location and I have a shared villa with my parents so will not be leaving the Jumilla resort altogether.

The Azucenas were first released at Santa Ana around the begining of 2004 at a price of 105,000 Euros and we bought one in August 2004 at that price. With the price now going up to 132,000 Euros thats an increase of 27,000 Euros in approximately 2 and a half years, which makes the annual increase about 10,800 Euros.Thats roundabout a 10% increase per year which is not bad.

Thanks again for all the info you sent - excellent info and plans. We are really looking forward to our visit soon depending on my hubby getting some flights. Please note that the azucena will be re-marketed next year. The licences will then be approved, the exact completion date will be known, the golf course will be complete and the habitation licence in place. This enables a smoother, precise sale for SJ, agent, purchaser and myself.
Apologies to any interested parties and if you are still thinking of buying at Jumilla then I will be happy to pass on further information including solicitors/NIE detail plus contact details for San Jose and recommended agents.

RR,
San Jose have given me approx. timescales regarding the properties I have and expected timescales on the rest of the resort including golf course. I am now waiting till next year to assess whether these are met or not. If they are not then I have also agreed the next step.
As these are not confirmed I would ask that you speak to San Jose directly regarding any timescales or completion dates for your own circumstances.

Since the Azucena has been sold in its present form at Jumilla for the past Two and a half years or so, What do you mean exactly when you say it will be RE: MARKETED NEXT YEAR? As it is still being marketed.

I have an Azucena that I am selling privately which I am selling at Jumilla. I have just returned from Spain and I have decided to now sell my Azucena next year once all issues are sorted and clearer timescales are known.
You can still buy an Azucena direct from San Jose or from the many agents selling them currently.
