When we saw the original details for Amarion 3, it says that there is going to be landscaped gardens and a residents swimming pool.  Does anyone know where this is going to be?

All you guys who have been to the site, did you see any evidence of a pool being dug out?

looking at all the pics i dont think they have started the pool yet

normally it is one of the last things they do

they have a lot more to do before they start thinking of that area yet

The only space for the pool is where the hole is now, which is right up in the corner. This is shown in Mistys latest photos, any where else and they will have to lose some of the car park which is directly underneath Although this is really close to the walkways I should imagine the pool will be quite small which will bring it away from the edge

I think the pool will be going where our photo shows although swimming in it at the moment isn’t recommended as no other place exists for it, as for the landscaped area this is to the back of the development facing the industrial units (which are all storage units very little noise or traffic to or from them) palm tree have been planted but look like they have now died.

Hello all,

Just found this website - it's good to know we are not alone!

Re the pool - It will be where Misty said it would be - at least that is what I was told when I was shown around. I was also told that it will be as big as they can make it without having to have a lifeguard. It is true that Spanish regulations mean that pools over a certain size have to have a lifeguard in attendance during the day. (In other words it will be small.)

Our appt is No 35 on the top floor

I really do hope that urbasa build the pools in the position as they show very clearly both in their advertising and in the model they have in the office window at almoradi. If not I for one shall be very disappointed to say the least.

to build it anywhere else especially in such an impractical and on the face of it an hazardous position would surely just be a cost saving benefit for the builder more garage spaces = more cash?.

as was correctly said earlier pools over a certain size  would need a lifeguard present but this is the communities responsibility to pay and provide for this just as many other communities do.

As I said I really do hope we will get the pools we had hoped for but meantime does anyone any thoughts as to what else this concrete lined square hole could be?

further to earlier messages on the subject

The large square hole in the corner of the building is DEFINATELY going to be the pool area. the lift shafts and stairwell have already been built to the left.

this has been confirmed by laura in almoradi office and by james to me personally last week in spain.

laura said that the pool area was moved from its original planned central position due to design changes.

it does look a bit bigger close up but I would think that for a greater part of the day it would be at least partially shaded by the building except perhaps in middle of summer when the sun is at its highest

as regards the internal grounds there is no way that this will be a grass area. more likely it would be paved.

Hi all, the swimming pool looks much bigger close up and we are sure it will get plenty of sun. Last week the sun was shining on it and thats December when its low in the sky. During the high season we will probably be in need of a bit of shade!!

The pool is not really big enough for all the apts. There will hopefully be plenty of space for beds etc but they could have made the pool itself bigger and we wondered if there was a splash pool for little ones? If all the apts are occupied  at the same time it could be a problem! It does look bigger close up, but not big enough to train for an olympic swim!! We are going to get a shower on the roof terrace to cool off in and some shade up there too!

We will have to wait and see how it turns out wont we?
