La Caixa Mortgage Problems

 Hi all

                 When I was in fuengirola last week my lawyer told me that aifos have a serious cash flow problem,
                 and even if a court did rule in our favour,it seems the only way that aifos could pay out is to sell of ,
                 some of it s assets,i.e.land or property,this would have to go to auction ,which could take up to a ,
                 couple of years It seems there is no easy or quick solution a catch 22 .
