Help needed please (mother of the bride/groom outfit)

hi all.
we have just moved to spain and interested in buying a ground floor appartment at cortijo.... has any one been given a completion date yet...... in the paper this week it says 10 months..... i can tell its not ready but  were any of you given one then it was delayed...... i am in long let at mo till april2008.. do u think i should take the risk............

  saw your blog I bought 2 apartments in cortijo i m keeping one and selling the other,
  they are in a block  first floor  .
 I called in the town hall in july just to make sure there is no problem with planning regs,
 they said everything is fine ,the only problem they can see is that the builders are slow.
 what paper did you see the completion date in?.
 the apartment im selling is 2 bed 2 bath  and is on the market for 150 000 euros.
 I have it for sale with arriba estates in fuengirola.
