Interesting.
A search at the Mercantile Registry in Madrid shows that Activa was formed in June 2007 and has the same address in Madrid as Aifos.
Could this be another "phoenix" operation about to start ?????
..............then again it might just be a coincidence.................................

I spoke to a lawyer in Marbella two days ago and he told me what Aifos were doing. Activa homes has been formed because Aifos itself has such a poor rep that nobody will get involved with the company. As everybody who wouldn't get involved with Aifos seems to know about Activa I can't see it making any difference.

That doesn't surprise me. I heard the other day that Viva Estates are threatening to take Aifos to court for 2.5 million euros in unpaid commissions.

I spoke to my agent yesterday and Aifos have paid him about €10000 but still owe him more. I think he was amazed that he got anything. I think I'm going to find another lawyer. I've sent emails and called numerous times to the lady lawyer in Los Boliches without response so it'll need to be someone else.
