Jockey Villa Resale.

Hi everyone, Glad i found this forum....

My girlfriend and i live about 10 mins from jockey villas ( and have done for the last 4 years) , we are currently looking at property in that area and just wondered if anyone is selling at a reasonable price. Ive been offered property direct from the developer ( there are still 20 remaining) , but your probably aware of the slump over here in the property prices and therefore they will not sell at them prices .

im not an agent , just an honest expat (they are a few of us out here, lol) who are looking to continue their life in the sun.

I know this is a somewhat delayed response but are you or anybody you know still looking for a place. I have a 3bed on which I have paid a 64000 euro deposit. I am prepared to take a substantial loss on that figure if you want to complete (or anybody else).

Thanks for your message, we still havnt found a property as of yet ,partly due to the banks not lending and partly due to the fact that everytime we view it,it seems to drop in value month by month , so we are just going to wait i guess to see what happens - ive been here 7 years now,so i another few months wont make a difference.
I will certainly ask around for you ,incidentally, how much are you asking for it???
FYI, the urb next to Jockey Villas called Grand National have dropped their prices to 200,000 for a 3 bed !!!

Anyone that is at JV's now who can let me know what the rental situation there is like. I have one of the 2 bed properties and would like to let it.
