Receiving a PM - help needed please

from my and craigs meeting with luis at seasun it appears that he has some 150 euros payments unallocated to units - it maybe best to check with him to make sure he has yours recorded in your favour

We paid 150 euros for initial community charges on completion, (nov 12) having read many posts on this i feel we are in a minority. i've had no communication with season at all so don't know anyone there, any help on this issue would be welcome

We completed in October, have emailed seasun numerous times, still have not had a reply, do not have a lot of faith in them as managers for the development, if I/we can`t get answer to simple things.

Marquez@Seasun.es is the contact that Andrew has been using.

We completed 18th October & have had no contact from Seasun but as has been said before, Key Mare are paying for the running of the community until sufficient numbers have completed (it was only 50% up until a couple of weeks ago).

I contacted Seasun & they indicated that the community fees would not start until January once the community has been set up at the initial meeting (still to be arranged). There are various issues on the charges to be agreed/resolved before formal notification of your charge can be given.

With regard to the 150 euros, I emailed Seasun as per Andrew's advice to check that they had allocated my payment but have not had the courtesy of a response.

I am going over to Spain on Thursday, so may just pop in to their office to see if I can get any more info.

I completed way back in mid-July and paid Keymare €150 relating to Community charge .... so I was told!  I presume those who had completed must have done the same.

We actually paid ours prior to completion. KM requested the payment in July & we completed our purchase in October.

I guess the solicitor may not have handed it over until completion but I am not sure.

More than i expected  ( if only a few) was getting worried that no fees had been paid bar us ,,, i just hope they are correctly recorded, my faith is not holding out here, i will wait till the next installment  for information

when me and craig visited seasun luis asked craif if he had paid the euro 150 - fortunately craig had his receipt on him so he was able to show luis that it had been paid - luis then recorded this. it would be a good idea to contact luis to make sure that if you have paid your initial fee that it has been credited against your plot/account accurately

he did say that he quite a few 150 payments unallocated

Unfortunately, the problem is that when you email, you don't get any response!!!

An update on the 150 euro fee.

Both Luis & Key Mare confirmed to me this week that the 150 euros that I paid along with my 20% deposit & solicitors fees back in July, had not been received.

I had to send 5 emails to the solicitor before I got a response - "I have just checked your account & the balance stands at 172 euros. I did ask for the payment to be made to Key Mare but I forgot to check if it had been sent"

So thanks to Andrew Rampton for raising this point on the forum & I would encourage everyone to check that their solicitor has forwarded on the payment. At this point no-one has chased me for the money, it was only by checking with all 3 parties that I found out that my solicitor still had this plus 22 euros of my money.

Now what shall I spend that on? - Should cover a fair few bottles of wine from the mercadona!
