Did you manage to find out the address for the water/electric companies? Weare also merely having amounts deducted from our bank account without ever having received any actual bills.
Does anyone have any info on payment of 'wealth' taxes - how they're calculated etc.as we need to sort these out. (We are under thee impression that if you completed in 2006 you need to pay the taxes before the end of this year.
Has anyone heard anything about this so-called 'community of owners'. It would seem to me that as owners we have absolutely no say in the running of the complex nor have we been officially informed of how much per annum we should be paying.
