hi all mug here we are one half of the two atlas clients who sighned with full knowledge yes we did as far as happy you must have read my posts . we wanted to pull out and Jenny in moveing in dept  (play on words ) told us if you dont sign you will loose every thing you have paid and if you go to court it will take 4 year to sort out and cost you a small fortune and you wont be able to buy elsewhere because masa have your money .denise  she that must be obeyed spoke to a mr reed on site in same spot and since we home  has gone down legal route (sold a key ready property) in feb 2007 sold home moved out geuss what still in rented DO I SOUND HAPPY .  Denise spoke to atlas (Jane in clients services)and was told to write to MR STOCKDALE in dorking office manageing director .Sandra head of customer services has never once returned our calls but has both mobile work and home numbers plus email .also when first one exchanged power and water was on builders supply so d o be very wary if an atlas staff member tells you grass is green check with Alan titchmarsh . and do remember as we were told by Jenny at moveing in dept what do you want us to do we are only estate agents this attitude runs right through this company but if you know different let us know i wont hold my breath see you out there sometime mug thats how i got the name in case you were wondering

atlas have been lying to lots of there clients.  you still not got any news? i agree with you totally. if i hear one more time... we are doing everything we can, but we just have to wait or we are only the agents - yes my bloody agent and my point of contact so they should be chasing things up and telling me news, not me telling them, then them confirming it!!

wouldnt go with atlas again.
