earn up 25€ per hour

Heres a good one, when i brought into this fiasco i also purchased 2 apts in Bulgaria, i was told by my agent Bulgaria is a risk and there is no exit route, ie no resale market, i told him not yet but there will be in 3,4,5 years down the line, so i purchased 1 beach front 2 bed with 5 pools, wave machine,tennis courts, spa, internet cafe and restaurants 6 months after purchasing on here and 1 in bansko ski resort 16 months after, both off plan, in the mean time my agent is still trying to sell me another one on here and i have sold 5 apts on here for him to my family and friends (oops!!!), My beach front apt  has been finished for 18 Months and rented out (so at least i can see a return and have something to use) oh and the final payment  was not required until 12 months after being given the apt, my ski apt is ready end of the month.

So back to this fiasco, nearly 60k deposit tied up for 3 years = lost interest of about 6k and oh, that exit stratergy, we cannot get in let alone out if you wanted to!!!!!,  

We should all be quite happy once we eventually get what we want and i know its not the agents faults, just don't believe the HYPE next time!!,

Anybody fancy a week in Bulgaria while there waiting!!!  Hotter then Spain with warmer sea temperatures in the summer,  Oh i forgot we may be in by this summer!!!

The day is good but could be better although I could not get much wetter,

Should be sunning myself in Spain,

Instead I’m  in England in the rain,

Aifos seem to have all my money

These days my toilet trips are rather runny

The wife wants to know why my hairs turned grey

I cry and just don’t know what to say

I hope I get in by May next year

Or the wife will be punching me straight in the ear

2008 could bring much strife

Aifos have gone and so has the wife!!!!!
