Before the next AGM it is essential that the following are implemented
1) We have an agenda that we can submit to Rosa & Gerardo. Can we formulate this through the forum ?
2) We obtain details from Rosa of the date of each block completed during the last year to ensure that maintenance contributions have been collected from the new owners (or RYF).
3) We have audited accounts. No audited figures have been prepared since the community was founded in November 2005

In the last few days a number of postings have been made with items to be brought up at the AGM. Can we start to formulate a complete list to put to AEA a few weeks in advance of the meeting in order that all owners can be aware of the issues and so that AEA can come up with answers at the AGM

AEA have recently charged the first installment of the 2008 service charges in the same amount as those for 2007.
Should they not have prepared and circulated a budget for 2008 detailing the new blocks completed during the last year to ensure that this is reflected in the calculations and that maintenance contributions have been collected from the new owners (or RYF).
Surely as new blocks have been completed the costs should now be spread over a wider base (whether to owners or RYF) and the service charges decrease.

John,
As AEA appear to running the financial year to 31st December, the budget should surely be prepared and circulated just before the year end or within a matter of weeks of the year end.
They do not appear to be in any hurry to convene the AGM and I think we should all bombard them and Gerardo to fix a definite date in Feb or the matter will continue to drift as it did last year.
