       hi ,

Can anyone who has been out to laguna beach are all the floors tiled , from what i can remember I thought the developer said that the bedrooms were not tiled , maybe someone can let me know , by the way the uploaded photos look great

According to the Memoria de Calidades - Specification - of the apartments at Laguna Beach all floor surfaces are tiled. The terrace floors with anti-skid tiles.

Hi Kate, been out to check mine - all the floors are tiled throughout. Thanks for the info on the terrace Hilda, I wasn't aware they were to be anti-skid ...
