Price of tobacco & cigarettes on the Costa Blanca (Eurotabaco)

Hi All,

I am interested in buying a Granada Apt in the Trampolin Hills development and i'm sitting here with deposit in hand!! However after reading a lot of the messages here I'm kinda getting a bit nervous!!

Has anyone anything good to say about the whole thing?  Is it really risky?  The price I've been quoted is 112,000 euro and looking on the net at other companys selling the apartments they are quoting 160 to 180,000....... how is this the case?

It just seems a bit too good to be true!

Is there anything else I should be wary about?

Hi there

The difference in the price seems to relate to whether you get a Company guarantee or Bank guarantee in your contract. Under the Bank guarantee the money is held by La Caixa and is deemed to be safer whereas under the terms of the Company guarantee any redress would have to be against the builder/developer.

I have the same problem, prices seem to change every day, and some people are even getting this apartment for 100000 euros which is so absenting.

If I were in your shoes I will wait for few more months, and see what happen next,

I paid my deposit I had not choice but to wait and see,
