How do you open them?

I have the same problem - a little red square in a box is all I get

INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DO THIS

CLICK ON POST REPLY THEN LOOK AT TOP OF THE BOX ROUGHLY IN THE MIDDLE HOVER YOUR MOUSE OVER THE ICONS ONE SAYS INSERT IMAGE CLICK ON THAT THEN GO TO YOUR FILE AND INSERT IT  

 

                                          

Still cant work ours out bit thick with computers! Will ask the kids!

Philansy...no one can see your photos!

When you click the button in the editor to insert an image, it then allows you to browse your PC for the image.  However, the image is NOT uploaded to the server, therefore nobody else can see as it is referencing the image in the originating PC and NOT on the internet....

Does that make sense?

If you want to upload photos I suggest you upload them using the "Shared photos" facility which DOES upload them to our server and then post on here what the photos show.

If anyone wants I can record a screen video to show you how to do this.

Let me explain a little further.  If you were to right click this message and choose the "View source" option in the menu that appears, you will see the HTML code for this page.

Near the bottom you will see that the images posted by Philansy are located at the following location:

C:\Documents and Settings\PHIL\My Documents\My Pictures\LIANAH1.jpg

The photos are being referenced on Philansy's PC and NOT on the Internet.  If they were on the Internet the location of the images might be, for emample:

http://www.eyeonspain.com/Images/LIANAH1.jpg

That is not the case therefore no one can see the images posted by Philansy.
