I hope not!
Your website is my main source of information (Promaga themselves are useless) but I was told completion would be end Jan.
I was quite shocked to read on here people were expecting completion over a year ago now, not good!

I am a Lawyer who went to the court 2 months ago against Promaga because of the delay in this development.
They have a problem in the Town Hall because they cannot obtain the habitation license until they make properly the access road to the complex.
The apartment of my client has to be ready in march 2007 so the delay will be 1 year in 2 months, enough to go to the court.
If anyone have any queries please send me a pm or an email to the following address, jose0107@lawbird.com
Best regards

Our apartment is in the first stage and should have been completed 2005. We were notified that it was ready for completion Dec 2007 ( without a habitation licence). We contracted a company to do the snagging for us and found 36 faults. At the end of December Promaga sacked the builder and a new builder started in Mid January 2008. We have already gone down the legal route 2 years ago as Promaga were in breach of contract, but we were advised by our lawler that in Spain currently we would probably be unsuccessful in taking them to court. They have did offer on one occasion to pay our deposit back less the commisiion paid to the estate agent, which would be a substantial loss.

My wife and I have just returned to the UK from spending a week in Spain. We took the opportunity of visiting Alta Vista and arranged to visit our property (314)(Block 3 phase 1) through Promaga. Having had a company do the snagging in November, who found 36 faults we were most suprised to find that only 1 fault had been attempted, and that we belived to have happened in the morning of our visit, as paint had been removed in 1 bedroom and left on the floor, and the damp patch painted over, instead of rectifying the cause of the damp. Our visit time was changed 3 times, possibly to allow them some time to rectify some of the faults. On enquiring about the lack of appliances we were told that they were delivered 3 weeks ago, but were wrong, and the correct ones are 2 weeks away. We enquired when the property will be ready, and we were told it should be May. This is incidenttaly the same reply we got when we asked the question in March 2007, so we think she might have meant May 2009. This has now gone on some considerable time as we paid our first amount of money in April 2003. If any one wishes to contact me please do so by e-mail.
