Hi Paul,
We are going out for 4 days next week. I will post some pictures.
I dont think they have started building phase 2 yet.
not expecting it to be ready for August when we go again for the fiesta so will be looking to rent somewhere.
we will  be going to meet with OLEInternational while we are there so hopefully we will know when to expect completetion

Just got back today.
you are right to be woried.They havent done a
thing to the site .Thats not suprising as they have admitted that they dont have all the planning permissions in place.
There was no point taking any photos as it looks the same as it did when you were last there.
I spoke to someone in phase one who told me that people paid deposits on phase one and waited four years for completion.
We tried to push for a completion date but they couldnt give one.They also tried to push us into buying something in phase one as they have had a couple of cancelations.

          am deeply concerned,paid deposit march 2007 was told completion nov 2008 on my prop.

          have geared everything up for then any advice or help on what to do would be very helpful. cheers

Hi Mack,

If you are buying through an agent then I would persue it through them.

If you are buying direct then you need to talk to OL international.

Either way I would be looking for some form of compensation for them holding our money for so long and then breaking the contract.

Was over there last week as we too had reserved an apartment in phase 2 in March 2007 and was told it would be complete June 2008!

We had a meeting with Matti at ole office and was told planning permission still not approved and once they received planning permission they would start building a block at a time. Each team would move on to the next block as there part off the build was complete. Matti said if ours was in first block we would be looking at, at least, 18 months after planning permission granted. If it's in the last block it could be up to 3  years!!

No way was I waiting that long. We were ofered a choice of 2 properties the same spec as ours in phase 1 that some one had pulled out of so have switched to one in phase 1 which we complete on 14th March.
