just got completion date for 26th feb, booked flight for 22nd and can't wait.  shame exchange rate is'nt better but we are transfering funds through HIFX which gives us the best we can get for now

Hi everyone,

 just back from La Cala last night and looks like we are signing on 26th February as well. I was out at new year but what a difference since then, the gadens are looking fantastic, most of the turf is down and flowers planted, looking good. Took new photos and my sister avmar will post them soon. We are going out 31st March untill 3rd April and then for a month in July so hope to see you all then.

Hi  all, I have posted some photos taken last week-end. The grounds are looking great and not long to go until the 26thFeb!!!

 I think we are all tired of waiting now!!!!

photos look great, i see someone managed to gain access to their appartment, i wonder if there going to require much snagging.

i really hope not, we have decided not to furnish until its perfect, because we want to change locks before we make it our home from home.

we will take lots of pics and get some proper measurements when we complete on 26th.

Hi Everone

One of the painters let us into our apt. The only thing that was not finished was the shower.

They were still painting. I could not see anything wrong. Everthing in the kitchen looked good.

It just need a good cleaning. Dont know when we are signing but hope it will be around the

15th March as we have flights booked thill the 24th.

I have noticed looking at some of pics of sky, they dont appear to have any shower screens, and when we looked at the original show flat for Grand none were in there.  Have any been put in, or is this something that we have to organise!

There were no shower screens in ours. I was told at the time of purchases that we would have to get our own.

It seems a bit strange, because the water will go everwhere.  Maybe we could get someone to fit a few at a time.
