I need to rent out our 3 bed apartment in Almoradi

we live in Yorkshire,very cold and snowing at the moment

We have bought No 22 on Manzana 4 .We have recently been told it was finished on the 31st of december by the  builders, although all the paperwork is still going through with the agents and we are waiting to book flights.

would love to here from residents already on site

Welcome to the Eye on Spain Site and to Hacienda San Cayetano

Colin and I have a penthouse in block three, one of the first to be completed. We have had two long visits out there and have loved everyday of being there. The atmosphere is really good.

Like you we were told the apartment was ready in December, 2006 but we had to wait for the paper work to be completed. It seemed like a life time but looking back the time went really quickly. We have just come back from a three week visit and it was bliss. Three weeks of sunshine and blue sky. Cannot wait to get back and to meet up with old and new neighbours.

Glad you have settled in, is the appartment all you expected it to be! did you have any problems with snagging !any news on the main pool.

We will be out for a 2 week holiday in june and also in august. looking forward to it ,we have been viewing all the photos that have been posted on the web site,very impressed with what we have seen.

Hopefully we will meet up at some point.

We are more than happy with the Penthouse. We do have a couple of minor jobs to be done but have not arranged anything yet with Helder. Our neighbours, who are extremely helpful and kind, have had their snagging list done and are very happy. They moved in early December and are more than happy with their Penthouse, the site and their neighbours.

With regard to the pool, the site was being cleared when we were out there last month  but I do know that it is going to be the last thing they do. We  have been promised that the pool and leisure centre will be completed by the end of the year. We are not holding our breath.
