I understand it is possible to obtain a "Polaris Card" which provides discounts on goods and services within the complexes.

I also understand this is available to new buyers prior to completion of their property if one is required.

Any advice on the best way to obtain one?

If you send me your email address I have the application form on PDF format and yes you can apply before completing. You can then post it to customer services and you should recieve your card within 2 weeks.

I visited the Customer Service desk at Mar Menor where I left my details.
The cards arrived in the U.K. about three weeks later.
I have used them on my last three visits to Polaris locations.
