Anyone out there who can't complete on Roda or Corvera? Not just walking away

We have reserved a 3 bed bungalow on this site after my husband Dean went over to look at the site in january , he said it was fab and the views were great,we sent our first deposit using HIFX on the 1st february we  are looking forward to watching the progression of the site and hopefully see some photos.

We went to the site 2 weeks ago and the views are great.  Not much else to see other than the roads marked out!  We've also reserved a 3 bed bungalow but haven't paid any money yet as there is no bank guarantee in place.  We're going to pay our deposit to our lawyer to hold for us until she is happy tho', they were happy enough with this.  I like the fact that its more Spanish Spain as opposed to Blackpool in the sun!  Looking forward to seeing some photos as well, just so we know its happening!
