I attended the AGM along with a good number of other owners - we now have a new President and committee.

Check the new "DuquesaFairways.net"  forum - as you will see, the new President has been asked for a report on the AGM and the forum will be used to keep everyone informed of developments.

Who is the new President and does that mean Jale didn't pay the outstanding community fees?

Yes, Ammex reported that Jale were not attending nor had they paid the outstanding fees.

Tony White was elected as President, Gary Nash as Vice President and a new committee (I think 9 in total including 2 Spanish residents)

Hopefully, we will be kept up to date by regular postings on the new DuquesaFairways.net  forum. The new committee are meeting in early March to agree a way forward.
