I was told by Christian that by now phase one flats should be close to being finished, have they opened up a show flat in one of the actual completed flats yet?

 

I may pass by in a few weeks so will update if I hear anything interesting, any pressing questions I can pass?

Also, a latest update on the expected completion date of Phase 4 would be good.

has anyone been able to contact a person at promaga directly. they have never responded to my email and I am unsure if Christian Liemen is still around? Anyone has another contact name and address?

i have also seen that the a 3 bedroom on the first floor is currently being offered for less than what I paid on a gibraltar site.

i have made my $ payments as per my contract, but have not heard anything from anyone, promaga, lawyers, or agents. does anyone have an idea of any correspondence received after their final instalment before the mortgage?

I have been trying to get a response from Christian for some time now. It may be that his email address has changed or there is a new rep there now.
All the info that I have received (which has been limited) has come from the Agents who we bought through, Andalucian Dream Homes.

Regarding payments, we only make 2 payments: A 20% deposit when we signed the PPC and the remaining 80% when we complete. I would only expect to complete when the LoFO is issued for our phase (4). I would assume that our Lawyer would advise us when that was available.

Regarding the price reduction that you have noticed, approximately how much was the reduction in % terms (or actual). Also, what was the Gib web-site that you saw it on.

Good to see that this development site is now getting some more regular traffic

i was told last April that Christian was now based at Promagas development in Duquesa. Any time i called since then there was somebody new or just filling in at the showhouse, and did not have any proper knowledge of the development. As far as i know phase 1 and 3 are going to open together  and there has been a delay on phase 2.The last info i had was that phase 3 was due in December 2008.

I have a similar payment term as yourself, with th 80% meant to be paid when we complete. This has today been confirmed by my agent, who is not ADH. My lawyer however has not been proactive so a phone call or visit to his office is necessary (or a change!).

I am also in phase 4, as I have previously stated (block 3).

I am not sure what you paid for your property but I have seen it on BFAgib and it was at EUR215k + IVA, which is less than what i paid, however this was for a first floor 3 bedroom apartment.

Thanks for your post. They have an office in La Linea too, but I think most of the staff are only spanish speaking, but it is where we signed the contract.

Hi Gibbuyer. I've just had a look at the site you mentioned. There are now two Vista Hermosa properties displayed. A 1st floor 3 bedroom for 200K Euros and a ground floor 3 bed for 250K euros.  Not sure what the original prices were, so I don't know how significant  the reductions are. Ours is a 4 bed top floor, and we paid around 330K euros. Our lawyer is not bad, but we have very little correspondence.... at least at the moment.
