Hi All

Great to read all the recent feedback, particularly if the info re the Town Centre work commencing in the next couple of weeks is true. Let's hope so.

I have it in the back of my mind that we should have made Spanish Wills following the purchase of our property, (which was bought jointly with my husband). Our Spanish Solicitor did not mention this to us at completion & not sure of the implications. just wondered if this is necessary & if so, how we should go about arranging this & the likely costs?  

Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks for your help

Fusters in Los Alcazares quoted me 400 Euros to do me and the wifes wills.

Sorting that out next time we are out as it seems pretty essential if one of us kicks the bucket!

You definitely need Spanish wills to prevent all sorts of complications.   Martinez-Abarca  & Munoz (just round the corner to the notary in San Javier) quoted us 140 euros each, but they also did our mortgage as well and will be doing our taxes.   We received copies by email and collected the originals as well as our title deeds on Friday while we were out there.
