Hi everyone

The first community meeting, which is of the utmost importance to owners is being held on the 26th March 2008. Those of us who have completed on our property, by law should be advised of this meeting and if unable to attend can pass their signed proxy vote on to a trusted person who will be attending. Out of experience it is not advisable to give it to the Administrator or the President as they use your vote to suit their own ends etc. and may not be as you would have wished! In this first meeting the President and Administrator will be voted in. Both these people need to be trusted with our funds and wishes. As they are strangers to us it is difficult, but we have learned our lesson in Spain never, give your proxy vote to either of them to use at their convenience unless you have no other alternative and even if you do, please make sure you put in writing what you are voting for.

If you have NOT been advised of the above, either phone Nel and ask her to e-mail the Agenda and proxy form to you or e-mail her at.....  nel@conjuntosresidenciales.es

We are in Spain at the moment and have delayed our departure to the UK to attend this very important first community meeting.

Good Luck and look forward to meeting you all in the near future.
