Clause 5

hi all

i bought in block 5 ground floor, I was over looking at it two weeks ago. I got into the apartment to look around and noticed that water had gotten into the appartment at some stage and caused some damage it will need to be examined more closely to know the extent. I looked through windows in the other ground floor appartments in this block and they have the same problem. I also met a couple with an appartment in block 6 ground floor with the same problem.

                                             Has anyone else noticed this problem with there appartments
