My son is purchasing a property here and has run into trouble since Amaris went pop and now it appears the company which "guranteed" the rental has also dissapeared.

Is anyone else in the same situation or knows of anyone who is - if so I would be very grateful if you could call me on 07721 565876.

I think you mean Aramis Investments. The houses Aramis contracted are finished and can be moved into. The administrator for Aramis has confirmed this and offered a consideration towards the "loss" of  any expected rental.
