Good News  regarding CORVERA.

My solicitor has just confirmed to us that Phase 1 and 2 licences are in place for sure and we will be sent a copy within the next few weeks.

We were there last w/end and it looks fantastic.

Many thanks Investor!  Although I am sure the site hasn't changed too much, did you take any photos last weekend?  We all seem to grasp onto the tiniest piece of info at the moment.

Just to confirm what the good news that Investor has just said, I just had this email from Pablo

Been to Corvera and it is taking shape .

Lots of work being done and they have just started laying out the golf course.

Looks like it has been well worth the wait.

We received the same email from Pablo - unfortunately it omitted to mention that this licence is only for apartments - not villas.  Villa licence is expected in two weeks time - let's hope!!
