We have got our date to sign, the 21st. We bought through Atlas and they have sent us our final bill. On it  is a fee for 'Plusvalia' does anyone know what this is for a Eagle.

Looking forward to meeting everyone, there seems to be so many characters on Sierra Golf, I think we will have a great time in the sun.

Welcome to SG!  The word plusvalia literally translated means appreciation or value added but can also mean capital gain.  Ask Atlas the least they can do for their exhorbitant fee is give you an adequate translation and explanation of your bill!!

We are also signing on the 21st in Elche. Perhaps we will meet up there and have a celebratory drink afterwards. Can't wait to have those keys after a wait of 3 years 11 months and 3 weeks.
