Hi Everyone,

For what it is worth I have just put the phone down after speaking with two different people at TH.  They have said that this project is still ongoing and that they are still in the process of getting the final licence.  So for those of you who are not buying on this project Naff Off and leave us alone.  It is stressful enough without you (Lyla and GM Legal Experts) adding uneccessarily to it.  We are all adults living in an adult world and I am sure we are all big enough to fight our own corners.  If you haven't got anything positive to add grow up and shut up.  Right that's that off my chest.  I will now shut up myself and go away and have a good week.  Hope you all have a good one too.

lyla77has a Spanish IP address and so I assume, going by the nature of her posts, that she is actually from the law firm she mentions.

Unless she can provide evidence of her claim then we can only assume that this is a corrupt law firm, especially lieing on the forum!

This development will double their population and I suppose that it will increase their economic well being.

Just to let you all know, I visited TH Royal Dream site near Albudeite on 29th April 08. Whilst there was no activity a considerable amount of earthworks have been done and 4 homes have been built apparently already allocated to owners!

Well said Tracy, totally agree ! Apparantly TH staff were handing out leaflets on monday to the locals promising them load of jobs when built. GT obviously trying their utmost to deliver this project!! We can only support them and each other. Not surprised about revelations about Lyla, although I did hear a rumour that a group of Irish buyers were trying to get their money back (heard this over on the spanish forum) so glad the moderators sussed her out! Well done guys sorting out the scaremongering scumbags no doubt they will try to come back under another name and even if they were going to buy on TH who would want them as a neighbour???  I for one am glad they have gone.

Talking of scaremongering scumbags! a strange thought crossed my mind today.   Do we all remember ADAN, who tried the same back in February?  Well strange name you may think, but if you spell it backwards, it spells:

          N A D A

which of course means NOTHING in Spanish!

Just to let you know TH is selling their truckloads (the ones requires to build). You can see adverts from TH in site. It seems they are aware they are not going to need them.

You also may know that the "antcorrupcion" prosecutor is investigating since last year the major from Campos del Rio, because of his blackbusiness with TH. you can read it on newspapers murcia liberal, posted on 9-6-07

Lyla, why did you say you were Irish, when you are obviously Spanish?? We know about the mayor and also about the other psoe counsillor who should have abstained from voting, just because we are English does not mean we are stupid and cannot read the papers and other documents. The investigation will continue, I am sure we will all make up our known minds after the outcome, we are adult enough to do this (I am sure I speak for everyone else). We do not need you coming on here and scaremongering people without any evidence.

I have read through it, and from what I can gather, TH seemed to have closed some of their offices in torrevieja and elsewhere which is extremely worrying, obviously Mazinger is a genuine person, I have been following the spanish forum daily. They feel that the company is about to declare bankrupty. Which if true is pretty grim news to say the least. They are advising we act now.

REALLY i THINK IT HAS ALL GONE BAD FOR US NOW maybe this is the time to get our money back. remember what I said months ago about paying extra for a guarantee? I do not want this to be true but maybe the time has come or is coming.

Hi Jackie and everyone,

It appears the rumours are true.  The Spanish are told the same old same old each time they ring the head office.  We will commence construction in a couple of weeks.  They are extremely fed up.  There are currently a lot of solicitors advertising their firm and time in order to get people their monies back from Groupo Trampolin.  Some as afar as Malaga, who states he has just won monies back for 73 Irish clients. 

I feel sick!!!!!!!!!!!!
