Hi everyone.  Do you know that Maria has now left Keymare? We've had problems with some snagging jobs (mainly grouting) since Sptember in particular they had fitted a bath instead of a spa shower /cubicle in bathroom 2, a mistake which Maria accepted. Despite sending numerous e-mails and going to see customer services in September & November the job still hadn't been done when we went over at the end of March. So we went to see Maria who said, even though we had paid for certain things and they'd not delivered she said that it would be doubtful they would rectify it because it was such a big job! And, that the builders were no longer around (i'm sure they are building phase 2)!! So once we threatened to get our lawyer involved she promised to spaek to the builder and get back to us. We heard nothing for 6 weeks!

This week we e-mailed again but informed her we had contacted our solicitor and that if the jobs wen't sorted soon we would seek compensation. Because it's coming up to the summer and we want to let it to friends and family we offered a compromise of: the builder putting in an aircon unit in bedroom 2 and we would pay for a shower and cubicle to be installed in the Winter, we can't afford for builders to be there in June, July & August. Following this, i recieved a phone call an hour later from a nice lady called Petra. She informed us Maria had now left and that she would sort out our problems. I will give it til next week to see if things have changed.

Has anybody else had similar problems with repairs that Keymare should have done and disatisfaction with customer services?

We didn't have anything as major as you but we also needed some grouting done in both bathrooms.  Maria and a man from Keymare came out to inspect it and he had the cheek to say that if the builders came out to repair it they would more than likely cause damage to the bathroom!!  What a get out clause!!   I told him he should be ashamed of himself to dare to make a statement like that.  You can tell he has a great deal of confidence in his builders.

 

We also had a huge gap below the front door and when I pointed this out he suggested that we buy a draught excluder!!

 

The curtains in the master bedroom were too small - I waited 6 months for a pair that fitted.

 

We are totally unhappy with the level of customer service (or should I say lack of it) that we received.  I think we all deserve to have repairs completed within a reasonable timescale.  I get the distinct impression that they feel that if they ignore us we will get so fed up that we just won't bother.  Don't give up - hang in there.

Has anyone actually been able to hold of / speak to anyone in Customer Services in the last few months when calling from the UK?

I have called so many times that I've lost count.  I either get NO answer or a voice message in Spanish saying I should leave a message & someone will get back to me.  Obviously they never do get back hence this post!   :(

I have emailed twice a Snagging List speadsheet to Gemma Garcia but never heard a thing from her.  Does she still work there?

I tried sending a text to the phone no. 0034626147120  asking them to call me.

I tried sending a PM to Roger at KeyMare Sales but no response - AM I INVISIBLE?  IS ANYONE THERE AT CUSTOMER SERVICES?

to Petra.

Marie was very good, but i think she might have left, I used to contact her by email,
