Change of Location of Townhouse

We are in complete shock at the moment!!

We purchased a Baranda Townhouse, South Facing overlooking the pool, fantastic location.

We have just received notification today that Roda have taken it upon themselves to completely reverse the townhouse and it is now not overlooking the pool and facing North.

Does anyone have any advice on what we are entitled to do about this as we are in complete disbelief and are waiting a reply from our solicitors.

This is a major material change to your contract and they are not able to make suck a change, even with a notifucation as of course you will have purcagsed based on a plan

Get a decent independant lawyer involved and if you need one please PM me, maked sure that the lawyre is independant of the agent or developer but they should come straight back to you

This happened at Polaris La Torre and people were allowed to cancel and move to other properties
