A Little Help Needed

Hi there we have a ground floor apartment in Phase 3a.
We visited recently to furnish, but are now back in the UK.

Since arriving back, we have talked to Roda about not bing able to receive the "free" english speaking TV Channels - BBC, ITV etc.  Initially they told us there was no problem with them.  But they have now said that the problem has been sorted.

What we'd like is to arrange for another owner (willing to do us a favour), to collect our keys from Customer Services, and tune in the english channels on our TV, so that when we let our apartment out, they will be available for people to watch.

we have the same problem with the TV (part of the RODA package) did you manage to get the channels tuned in ok?

Yes another member, (in an adjacent block) kindly helped us out, when they were going out to furnish.
English channels tuned in now.

Apparently there had been an issue regarding reception that has now (for me at least) been rectified.
