Anyone need any help?

Hi everyone, I have purchases @ Corvera the mood on our forum is a little down at the moment - lack of communication and delays!

Personally I am having a little stress about my investement as following a recent visit to the area and a visit to Roda (which is lovely) I noted theat there were alot of apartments for sale @ Roda. Additionally with all the golf courses in the area there are going to be lots and lots of golf apartments for rental. Is anybody having the rental success that they had expected or were led to believe by their sales person ( MRI !)

I have looked @ Roda rentals via various search engines and somme apartments have hardly ANY bookings!!

Help please, I am searching an honest reply from those who have completed on Roda who purchased an apartment as an investment how is it going?

Keep your nerve.  This slump like the rest will come to an end and as it deepens over the next few months if you have the money invest in some of those apartments that are for sale as they will be a bargain!  Proprety always finds its level and as soon as all these international elections are over and the financial markets settle down.Then people will have money to spend on property and holidays.  So unless you cannot pay a mortgage or afford the upkeep grit you teeth and hold on the tide will turn
