Phase 4 Apartment Update

This is a response received from Calidonia to my query re the progress of the Phase 4 apartments. Given we reseved one in July last year and were told q2 2009 and there has been no on site progress since i am still a little sceptical about this response.

“The building license for phase 4 is not yet in place, simple bureaucracy at the local town hall is holding that up, however the “front line” golf villa’s are well under construction, all of the excavation work has been completed for the apartments and work will commence shortly.
The phase 4 apartments will be delivered 1st or 2nd quarter of 2009 at the latest.”

Thanks for that mgreen  we have bought on phase 4 as well and am just bit pissed off over delay we put deposit down in june 06 so its going to be over 3 years till we see any sigh of anything , they have an 18 month time scale for all the phases from when they start so what makes them think theyll do phase 4 in 12 months.i hope they dont throw them up and have a poor end product . maybe with elections over in spain town hall might give premission soon HERES HOPING BUT I WONT HOLD MY BREATH
