moving back to scotland...

Hi All

We are in Block 68 and hope to complete soon. Once settled in we are looking to use a room for Psychological interventions and would welcome any back emails from anyone who can put us in touch with those who might have such a facility.

Ideally we need a room in a location with a receptionist waiting area and toilets initially for two days a fortnight. Location would be within reasonable distance from Los Alcazares but giving us as wide a catchment area as possible along Costa Blanca and Costa Calida.

Date is getting closer for our completion on apartment in Phase 3. Still looking for counselling rooms if anyone can signpost us to something/someone suitable.

Would consider a room in an expat's villa/house provided it had seperate access and good location to main roads. Perhaps a granny flat or similar

With the amount of property avaiable for rental in the area you could easily rent a seperate apartment, one of the older one´s closer to the town centre, for around €300 - €400 per month including bills, if that would suit

In the guide that I have sent you there are links to a number of local newspapers that have rental property specifically The Costa Calida Informer, Round Town News  and The Reporter for your area

Just make sure that the community rules allow that it can be used for business purposesand remeber additional insurance may be required
