Looking to buy a scooter

Hi All

Roda have told us that we have both Buildings and Contents insurance cover on our villa with them, which is paid for via the communal charge. This does not seem right to me, please can anyone confirm if this is the case ? If so, is the level of cover very good?

We are just about to complete on phase 3, dependant on Roy being able to do the snagging.

We were told that buildings only was covered and that we must arrange our own contents policy.

Hi we are also about to complete on phase 3, holding back the completion until we receive the habitation certificate , we were advised by our solicitor that the communal  buildings insurance is very limited. So have decided to take out further insurance via  the Halifax.

Best check whats covered before you decide.
