Nissan Primera Estate T - SPEC Model For Sale or Swap

Has anybody considered swapping a week or two. For example if you want to bring out relatives or friends - why get your apartment cluttered with camp beds and people - Why not consider swapping a week in my place for a week in your place!!  This could work out when rentals are lean! Any body got any thoughts on this!

 We have never considered using a system like this as I don't think it would work.  It would be difficult to tie in dates with other people and someone would end up disappointed.

We have found it much easier to rent another apartment on the site as it is quite easy.  We have never considered letting big groups (especially family) stay.  

I don't know if this would work.  It certainly isn't right for me but everyone to their own.
