For sale: Brand new Ikea furniture

We have bought a 2bedroom penthouse apartment on phase two,can anyone recommend Rental Management, keyholder, cleaning, laundering services etc. in and around Roda Golf. We bought through MRI and were going to use them as our Rental Management, but due to the fact that they have changed there rental conditions, and did not notify us, we had bought all our furniture and had it shipped out and they now tell us we have to use there towels bedding kitcken equipment at a charge. If we do not agree to this then we are unable to use them, The additional charge is 2610 euro's, plus  500 euro's which they hold in a deposit account . We were over in November but did not find any of this out until we contacted them to find out what happens next as we were all ready to rent our prop out, WELL WE CANT PRINT WHAT WE THINK OF THEM................

Hi, We have a lovely lady called julia ,who looks after our apartment for us .She lives in alcazares with her family and originates from england. She key holds cleans and offers all the usual meet and greet , airport transfers etc etc.Julia has been a god send. She visits our apartment when no one is there and texts us to let us know all is well. She kept all the workers in line when our snagging was being done and kept us informed.She has a wide net of contacts and even makes cutains!!!  and will even take you shopping.I cant recomend her high enough. She was recommended to me by Hartland properties from whom we bought our apartment(who were also 1st class). She works in partnership with hartland properties. Just to update I have met with Linda and Mike from Simply Keyholders they have a property also at Roda which they manage and I am going to give them a go they seem really nice people and they dont hold you to a contract which is comfort in itself.  Thanks for your help if it doesnt pan out with my choice I will give yours a go.
