Just wondering how other Roda owners have organised their Furniture.

We have bought a 3 bed penthouse in phase 3, due to complete next april 08.

I have a young family so little free time. Has anyone bought furniture from Roda themselves in phase 1 or 2?

Im going to have to go for a 'package' of some kind. We plan to use the apartment ourselves quite a lot and rent it when we are

not using it. I get called constantly from McAnthonys(agent), but Im not a big fan of this company(too aggressive).

Im from Dublin(Ireland), anyone else from Ireland bought in Roda?

We are also from Dublin - Live in Blackrock.

We took possession of our Appartment last October and we are very happy with our Purchase. We have been to Roda many times and the location of the Airport makes it very simple to pop down even for weekends. We purchased the furniture package and although a little expensive it saves a lot of hassle (I understand that the quality of the package has improved and that it is now better value for money). In buying the Roda package if you have any problems they will resolve them for you (Cesar is the guys name who looks after this), you will also have everything installed pretty quickly and without fuss.

I think that you will enjoy the Roda experience we are certainly glad with our purchase and each time we travel there are impressed with the progress. Once the whole development is complete not only will it be a great resort but I am certain it will prove to be a good investment. We are due to complete in January '08. Looked at Roda and Villapac - both very expensive. We decided to put our own together and will have it shipped out early in the New Year. Bought everything except white goods and TV and reckon we've saved £2.5k - £3k.

I am from Dublin now living in Athlone. Will take possession of 3 bed semi in a few weeks. I intend to go with Roda pack as it gives me the option of renting through them. I have also been impressed with the dervice from all the people at Roda wheras MRI seem to be all ex time share barrow boys who promise a lot but dont deliver
