Stunning Off plan development/ plot of land for sale Jete/Almunecar Costa tropical

Hi All,
I have noticed that the Roda website has been updated, but no detached villas are listed now? Surely they can´t have all been sold, can they?

I recall someone stating previously that the price of the Birdie villas have been increased to 600K & I was told, by an agent at Roda, about 2 months ago that the Eagle villas were now offered at 860K & that they had a waiting list of clients for these properties.

Anyone got more info?

Mike, I was there to complete on a Birdie 2-3 weeks ago but didn't as per previous posting.  However, while there I picked up the latest price list that did list the Birdie at 600k euros, the Eagle and Albatross were not changed which from memory was 795k and 570k respec.  I was also told that there was a waiting list for Birdie's but that they had not released the final batch yet (unsure how many this would be).  Hope this helps.  Mike

Thanks mbrodwell for your comments, strange that the Villas have disappeared from the Roda website. On another point, noticed the large adverts for Roda at Alicante airport last week when we come through, are they having a tougher time selling now?

I didn't get the impression that they were overly worried about sales when I was there.  They also advertise Roda and Corvera in San Javier so it's probably just their chosen market.  Mike
