Hi, Having recently suffered a serious medical problem Roda initially agreed to re-sell my Apartment and then return my Deposit - but then a month later thy changed their minds and threatened me with legal action instead! Nice people! Now I have to do a 'panic' completion - (on Monday!) to avoid legal action and losing my deposit.
My Spanish Solicitor says on Monday I should first get my bankers draft, then attend at the Notary and sign for the property and finally go and inspect the property -( that I have never seen!!).
Any advise will be appreciated - ie Don't I see the property first? And anything particular I should look for regarding snags? Any general pitfalls I should avoid?
