Sat Navs: which one to choose that has a good sized screen & covers Europe & UK ??

Can anyone out there give me a bit of advice.

Roda want us to complete on Phase 3 sometime in April.  If we don't want to complete until June, does anyone know where we stand legally?  Once our apartment is finished, do we have to complete within a certain time limit.

I would appreciate any one's knowledge on completion.

my understanding is that once they send you the habitation certificate and completion notification you have to complete within 30 days. ( in the last page of your reservation agreement and clause 14 page 8 in your contract). You can suggest a date at the limit of that time frame. Hope that makes sense. Good Luck

Block 35 ,Ph 2,,, Marbel floor is in need of filler since Dec ,and good polish. going out Roda on 2 nd April. to check it out.

Has Any one got a room for Removal , as i have Floor Polishing machines to take to Roda. since Roda can not do a good job.

Hi there

All I can say is that our apartment on phase 1 was ready and completed last September but we could not go out to sign until 20th Dec nothing was said to us that there was a time limit
