ELECTRIC BILLS THIS MONTH

Evening all,

We have just completed on Phase 3 and are going to use RODA for the rental side of things.  We have been recommended to a company called Fuster Associates to help with all the documents and tax payments. 

They are asking for a copy of a "Certificate from the Inland Revenue" does anyone know what they mean by this document please?

You need to contact your UK  tax office and ask for the UK tax residence form that proves you pay your Tax  in the  UK,  the form is written partly in Spanish.  you might need to ask several times but eventually they  will provide you with the correct document  and its free.
