Red days over Easter???

Could someone please tell me which days will be red days? I am coming over on Easter Sunday and was wondering if the shops will be open on the Monday, also is Zocco market open on that Sunday? I have not been over at Easter before, I usually avoid it. Also will there be any processions in Torrevieja?

Easter 'holidays' in Spain tend to be Maundy Thursday and Good Friday.
Easter Monday is a British Bank Holiday.

I believe that the parades are on Friday & Sunday and shops open as normal on Monday.
