moving to Spain in 2011

 Hi,

My name is Walter, I am from Poland and I plan to move to Spain in 2011.

I hope to get a lot of  "do" and "do not" recommendation from this amazing forum... 

My kids are grown, I work at sea & I look for permanent residence in direct vicinity of the beach..

Just now Cam Bank have a lot of re sales and big discounts and very attractive 80% LTV mortages

Whilst everyone expects the market in Spain to be flat for 2010 there is some positive thouights for 2011 and if the market does start to improve then some of the very best deals may go 

As far as Bank sales are concerned just now they listen to offers as they want to sell , so it may be to yoyr advantage to start lookig now 

Same applies to builders with stock to sell and owners who have to sell- all listen to offers from serious buyers now but again this may harden in 2011

However my own view is that it may well be the second quarter of 2011 before there is any improvement in the market, but others thisnk that it will be 2012 before we see recovery
